The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, be able to create engaging content, manage online communities, and assist with the day-to-day execution of the company's social media strategy. Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing the company's social media platforms. Create, schedule and publish social media content. Develop engaging captions, content ideas, and calls-to-action. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions. Research social media trends, hashtags and relevant content ideas. Assist with the implementation of the social media content calendar. Work with the graphics/video team to ensure content is delivered on schedule. Monitor competitors and identify opportunities for better engagement. Track basic social media performance, including reach, engagement, and follower growth. Prepare simple weekly/monthly social media reports. Support promotional campaigns, property listings, events and other company activities. Assist the Digital Marketing team with other marketing activities when required.
