We are seeking a confident, well-presented and customer-focused Boutique Sales Representative to join a luxury unisex fashion boutique. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell clothing, shoes, bags, jewellery and other accessories. Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable fashion products. Stay informed about available products, new arrivals and promotions. Handle product enquiries, pricing and sales transactions accurately. Maintain excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships. Follow up with customers where necessary and encourage repeat purchases. Assist with stock arrangement, inventory checks and product displays. Welcome and assist customers professionally. Represent the boutique professionally at all times. Support the boutique’s social media activities and product promotion. Keep the boutique clean, organised and visually appealing. Required Skills & Competencies Social media knowledge and basic digital skills. Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 1 - 2 years experience. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong customer service and sales ability. Good knowledge or interest in fashion and styling. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
