Key Responsibilities: Part 1: Social Media Management & Content Creation (100%): Content Strategy & Creation: Plan, script, shoot, and edit high-quality visual and written content (graphics, reels, tiktoks, carousels, and copy) tailored for various platforms. Platform Management: Manage and grow our presence across key social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.). Community Engagement: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/inquiries authentically, and foster an engaged digital community. Analytics: Track engagement metrics and provide monthly insights to refine content performance and brand visibility. Requirements: & Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience: working in content creation, social media management, and/or as an Executive/Personal Assistant. Content Skills: Proficiency with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite) and a strong understanding of current social media trends, algorithms, and aesthetics. Organizational Excellence: Stellar time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks independently in a fast-paced environment. Communication Style: Flawless verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact professionally with high-level internal and external stakeholders.
