The role involves conducting consultations, performing non-surgical aesthetic procedures within the nurse's scope of practice, assisting with advanced cosmetic treatments, educating clients on skincare, maintaining accurate medical records, and ensuring compliance with all clinical, safety, and infection control standards. Key Responsibilities: Clinical Duties: Assist physicians or certified aesthetic practitioners during advanced cosmetic procedures. Educate clients on skincare routines and post-treatment care. Recommend suitable skincare products and wellness services. Perform procedures such as: Chemical peels Hydrafacial treatments Microneedling PRP preparation and assistance LED light therapy IV vitamin therapy Review clients' medical history and determine treatment suitability. Adhere to the spa's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Maintain strict infection prevention and control standards. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and nursing ethical standards. Maintain accurate treatment notes and client medical records. Administer aesthetic treatments within the approved scope of nursing practice. Participate in quality improvement initiatives. Conduct comprehensive client consultations and skin assessments. Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after treatments. Maintain confidentiality of all client information. Manage minor treatment complications and provide appropriate aftercare instructions. Develop personalized treatment plans based on clients' aesthetic goals. Knowledge of infection prevention and patient safety standards. At least 2 years of experience: in aesthetics, dermatology, cosmetic medicine, wellness, or a luxury spa environment.
