Role Summary The Food Outlet Supervisor is responsible for the total performance of the outlet, overseeing both sales (front end) and production (back end). Your focus : Speed. Quality. Cleanliness. Control. Work Structure Shift Pattern: One Day On / One Day Off Key Responsibilities: Operations & Flow Management Ensure smooth daily operations across sales and kitchen Maintain fast and efficient turnaround time between sales and production Prevent delays, backlog, or service breakdown. Production Oversight. Ensure all meals are prepared correctly, consistently, and on time. Enforce portion control, quality standards, and presentation. Minimize wastage. Hygiene & Cleanliness. Maintain strict hygiene standards at all times Ensure cleanliness of: Front End (Sales Area) Back End (Kitchen/Production). Sales & Performance. Drive daily sales targets.
