Key Responsibilities: Sales and Business Development Drive the achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets. Increase sales of ITEL Mobile Phones, ITEL Accessories, ITEL Electronics, ITEL Electricals, ITEL Energy (Solar Products) and other company products. Identify and develop new distributors, dealers and wholesale customers. Strengthen relationships with existing customers to increase repeat business. Monitor competitors' activities and provide market intelligence. Team Leadership Supervise, coach and motivate Sales Representatives. Conduct daily sales briefings and performance reviews. Assign sales territories and monitor execution. Identify training needs and support employee development. Ensure discipline, professionalism and adherence to company policies. Customer Relationship Management Maintain excellent relationships with customers. Resolve customer complaints promptly. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Conduct regular customer visits. Credit and Receivables Management Ensure that all credit sales comply with approved company credit policies. Monitor customers' outstanding debts. Drive aggressive recovery of overdue receivables. Prevent unnecessary accumulation of bad debts. Ensure the branch operates within approved credit limits. Stock Management Monitor stock availability.
