The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience: for brides and other clients, understanding their needs, recommending suitable bridal products and services, and converting enquiries into sales. The successful candidate must be comfortable working with customers, following up on leads, and meeting sales targets in a fast-paced fashion environment. Job Responsibilities: Attend to customers in-store, via phone, WhatsApp, social media, and other communication channels. Welcome and professionally engage brides, bridal parties, and other customers. Understand customers’ preferences, budgets, styles, and requirements: to recommend suitable products. Provide detailed information about bridal gowns, accessories, fittings, alterations, and other available services. Convert customer enquiries and leads into sales. Follow up with prospective customers to close pending sales and appointments. Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Handle customer complaints and enquiries professionally and promptly. Coordinate customer appointments, fittings, and follow-up sessions.
