Context To provide specialised support to UNICEF Nigeria’s business process automation and digital initiatives, enabling accelerated deployment of automation solutions and basic staff capacity building using existing Microsoft platforms. Task description Under the direct supervision of the ICT Manager, the UN Volunteer will perform the following tasks: • Business Process Automation (≈70%): Design and deployment of automated workflows using Power Automate, SharePoint, Microsoft Forms and related tools. Support remediation and improvement of existing solutions such as the Transparency App. • Data Engineering Support (≈20%): Support management of databases, data collection tools, ETL operations and Power BI datasets and dashboards. • Cloud Computing Support (≈10%): Support selected tasks related to Azure and AWS environments under ICT guidance. • Capacity Building: Support staff capacity building in simple automation processes through hands-on guidance and demonstrations.
