The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, content creation, social media management, paid advertising, SEO, and analytics. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives. Manage the company's social media platforms and maintain a consistent brand presence across digital channels. Create, curate, and publish engaging content across social media, websites, email, and other digital platforms. Plan and execute paid digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels. Monitor and optimize digital campaigns to improve reach, engagement, lead generation, conversion, and return on investment. Conduct keyword research and support the implementation of SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic. Develop and manage email marketing campaigns and customer communication initiatives. Track and analyze digital marketing performance using relevant analytics and reporting tools. Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, website traffic, social media engagement, lead generation, and conversion metrics. Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging trends and new digital growth opportunities. Collaborate with the creative, sales, and business development teams to develop campaigns that support customer acquisition and revenue growth. Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends, platforms, tools, and best practices. Manage the digital marketing budget effectively and ensure optimal use of available resources. Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Performance will be assessed based on: Growth in website traffic and digital reach. Social media growth and engagement. Number and quality of leads generated. Customer acquisition and conversion rates. Performance and ROI of paid advertising campaigns. Email marketing open, click-through, and conversion rates. Organic search rankings and traffic growth. Overall contribution of digital marketing activities to business growth. Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor's Degree 4 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role. Proven experience managing social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns. Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools. Good knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing. Strong content creation and copywriting skills. Ability to analyze data and use insights to improve campaign performance. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and relevant digital marketing software. Experience with Canva or other graphic design tools is an added advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Creative mindset with a strong focus on achieving measurable results.
