The Senior Associate Pharmacist leads the day-to-day operations of one or more Relarex pharmacy locations. The role combines clinical pharmacy practice, team leadership, and operational management. What You'll Do Work closely with cross-functional teams, including doctors, nurses, operations, customer care, technology, finance, and logistics, to improve pharmacy services. Provide medication counselling to patients and ensure they understand the proper use of their medications. Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to optimize medication use and improve patient outcomes. Monitor pharmacy performance, including dispensing accuracy, turnaround time, productivity, and patient satisfaction. Represent the pharmacy team in meetings and contribute to initiatives that enhance pharmacy operations and patient care. Supervise, coach, and support Associate Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians to achieve team goals and maintain high performance. Identify training needs and support the continuous development of the pharmacy team. Maintain accurate documentation of prescriptions, medication errors, adverse events, and other pharmacy records. Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited institution. Experience: using pharmacy or electronic medical record (EMR) systems and other digital healthcare tools.
