The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting our real estate development and construction projects by providing accurate land measurements, boundary verification, mapping, and survey data required for project planning and execution. The role requires a professional who is committed to precision, compliance, and excellence in land surveying operations. Key Responsibilities: Prepare survey plans, maps, reports, and technical drawings. Liaise with relevant government agencies regarding survey approvals, land documentation, and regulatory requirements. Analyze and interpret survey data for project planning and development. Conduct topographical, boundary, engineering, and construction surveys. Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved layouts and specifications. Verify property boundaries, land coordinates, and site dimensions. Ensure compliance with professional surveying standards, safety regulations, and company policies. Operate and maintain surveying equipment including Total Station, GPS, Levels, Drones, and related instruments. Prepare as-built drawings and maintain accurate survey records. Carry out site measurements and establish accurate control points and benchmarks. Collaborate with engineers, architects, project managers, and construction teams to ensure proper site execution. Requirements: & Qualifications Strong communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills. Ability to operate modern surveying equipment including GPS, Total Station, Theodolite, and Drones. Bachelor's Degree or HND in Surveying & Geoinformatics, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline. 3–5 years proven experience: in land surveying, preferably within the real estate, construction, or infrastructure sector. Professional registration with SURCON or other relevant professional bodies will be an added advantage. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS software, and other surveying applications. Strong knowledge of land laws, boundary determination, and surveying regulations. Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills. High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
