As our Social Media Marketing Officer, you’ll assist with management of the account of our founder, Dr. Andy Osakwe. You’ll be working closely with a team of administrators, content creators, graphic designers, and video editors to develop and execute tasks, strategies, and campaigns that will promote the ministry across various social media platforms. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute publicity plans for AOMI-related events, books, activities and partnership initiatives Lead a lean but dynamic team of social media executives Ensure visual and tonal consistency across platforms Research trends to keep brand strategy effective and up to date Work with graphic designer(s) and video editor(s) to create and edit engaging content for social media platforms Oversee content calendars, campaign rollouts, and audience engagement Monitor our live-streamed online broadcasts Experiment with reels, carousels, UGC and other forms of content Track analytics, generate performance reports, and optimise content accordingly What We’re Looking For Strong creative thinking and storytelling abilities Comfortable with performance tracking, reporting, and optimization Good understanding of YouTube and Spotify Experience: managing or collaborating within a team Excellent grasp of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter/X, and Threads 2–4 years experience: managing social media for brands or agencies Remuneration Competitive remuneration.
