We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Inventory Officer Location: Yaba, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Operational Responsibilities: Monitor stock movement from receipt to utilization to ensure accuracy. Follow up with vendors and government agencies when necessary. Process invoices and supporting documents for the Accountant. Dispose of expired or damaged stock following company procedure. Resolve complaints on product quality or service related to inventory. Ensure proper care, preservation, and arrangement of store items. Issue materials based on approved requisitions. Verify and reconcile open market purchases. Categorize and store items in appropriate locations. Receive materials from vendors according to approved purchase orders. Suggest improvements to inventory processes and policies. Generate and submit reports and reconciliations on time. Conduct periodic stock-taking, inventory reporting, and stock verification. Inspect supplies for quality, quantity, condition, and specifications. Maintain tidiness and safety of the store. Perform any other duties assigned by management. Handle refunds and exchanges professionally. Keep all store documents accurate and updated. Support monthly report computation.
