The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily banking operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, supervising staff, expanding the bank’s customer base, and promoting financial products. Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Senior level Experience Length: 8 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Job descriptions & requirements Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the microfinance bank. Ensure full compliance with regulations and guidelines issued by the Central Bank of Nigeria and other relevant authorities. Develop and implement strategies to grow the bank’s customer base, deposits, and loan portfolio. Supervise and lead staff to ensure high performance and efficient service delivery. Manage credit administration, including loan evaluation, approval processes, and monitoring of loan repayments. Prepare and present financial and operational reports to senior management and the board. Maintain strong relationships with customers, local businesses, and community stakeholders. Ensure proper internal controls, risk management, and adherence to the bank’s policies and procedures. Promote the bank’s financial products and services to support small businesses and individuals. Requirements: A minimum of a degree in business or a related field. A minimum of 8 years of experience.
