Follow all lounge policies and applicable safety and hygiene standards. Monitor bar inventory and report stock requirements. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar. Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest requests professionally. Prepare cocktails and other drinks according to established standards. Ensure proper storage and handling of beverages. Take drink orders accurately and serve guests professionally. Work closely with the waitress and kitchen teams. Requirements: Honest, reliable, and attentive to detail. Previous bartending or hospitality experience: is an advantage.
