The HR Manager will work closely with management and production teams to ensure effective employee management, compliance with company policies, smooth HR operations, and a productive workplace. The ideal candidate will have substantial HR experience, with a strong background working in a manufacturing or industrial environment and proven ability to manage the unique workforce and employee relations requirements: of a factory setting. We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee the organisation’s human resources operations and support effective workforce management within its manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare HR reports and maintain appropriate HR records for management review. Coordinate recruitment and selection activities to support the organisation’s workforce requirements. Oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure effective implementation of HR policies and procedures. Monitor employee performance and support the implementation of performance management processes. Support the organisation in maintaining a productive, disciplined, and compliant workforce. Handle multiple HR responsibilities: effectively while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. Work closely with management and production teams to support effective workforce management and smooth factory operations. Address employee-related issues promptly and provide appropriate HR guidance to management. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation. Carry out other HR-related responsibilities: as required to support the organisation’s operations. Manage disciplinary procedures in accordance with company policies and established processes. Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, conduct, and compliance with company policies. Manage employee relations and address workplace concerns, grievances, and conflicts professionally. Requirements: & Qualifications Relevant professional HR certification is an advantage. HR documentation and records management HR operations 5 – 12 years of relevant Human Resources experience. HR reporting Disciplinary procedures Must have substantial experience: working in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management/reporting tools. Recruitment Strong knowledge of: Experience: managing a manufacturing/factory workforce is highly desirable. Performance management Employee relations Key Skills & Competencies: The successful candidate should possess: Strong leadership skills. Strong understanding of workforce management within a manufacturing environment. Ability to handle employee grievances, conflicts, and workplace issues professionally. Strong organisational and record-management skills. Ability to monitor employee attendance, punctuality, conduct, and policy compliance.
