Through critical thinking, business development and management of our suppliers in this region you will enable a profitable business for Ericsson. The SSM is accountable for evaluating, qualifying and selecting suppliers for the external purchase and licensing of all products and services in the selected region. In addition, the SSM is also the Supplier Relationship Manager and responsible for all commercial relationships with the suppliers making sure we extract the highest possible value from our supplier base. What You Will Do! Evaluate and select suppliers for the site services category. Conduct supplier discussions to create more value for Ericsson. Ensure supplier agreement implementation with proper contract T&Cs. Ensure that Preferred Supplier List is in place and followed. Extracting the best value from suppliers by driving the RFx process. Ensure that compliance on sourcing process follow up is 100%. Efficiently manage key Suppliers as per Ericsson SRM framework Ensure that sourcing KPIs & targets are met with great success; like cost reduction, supplier consolidation. What You Will Bring Education: Engineering Degree or Business Administration or relevant Procurement Degree 7-15 years procurement experience: relevant to network rollout or management services. Telecommunication service experience: is a plus. Positive person with a can-do attitude Teammate – realizing that two is always stronger than one Dedication to continuous growth through eagerness to learn every day Fast learner – ability to quickly get into new situations and understand how to successfully operate Must have good stakeholder engagement skills.
