Farm Inventory and Harvest Record Officer Job Type Full Time , Hybrid Qualification BA/BSc/HND Experience: 2 - 5 years Location Ogun Job Field Agriculture / Agro-Allied Salary Range ₦100,000 - ₦150,000/month Aldelano Farms is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to manage inventory across our three farms and maintain accurate records of all harvested produce. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and record farm inputs, tools, equipment and other inventory across all three farms. Maintain accurate harvest records, including quantities harvested from each farm, section or greenhouse. Reconcile inventory received, issued and remaining in stock. Submit regular inventory and harvest reports directly to the Accounting Manager. Work closely with farm managers and harvest teams to verify records. Assist with monitoring pepper production and other farm operations. Perform other administrative or operational duties as assigned. Work Arrangement: This is a hybrid role. The successful candidate will visit the farms two to three times per week, or more frequently depending on the harvest schedule and operational requirements. Requirements: Practical experience: in pepper cultivation, particularly bell peppers and habanero peppers. Good understanding of pepper harvesting, grading, handling and production records. Strong organizational, numerical and record-keeping skills. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Must be trustworthy, accurate and able to work independently. Previous experience: in farm inventory management, accounting support or farm administration is an advantage.
