We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Sales Executive - Premium Wine & Spirits Retail Location: Victoria Island, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time (Monday - Sunday; shift-based including one day off) Summary We are looking for energetic, smart, confident and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our team. Responsibilities: Maintain proper product display and store cleanliness. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally. Promote ongoing offers and new arrivals to customers. Recommend wines, whiskeys, and spirits based on customer preferences. Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Drive sales and meet sales targets. Monitor stock levels and report low inventory. Process sales transactions accurately and track sales reports. Attend to customers professionally and assist them with product selection. Requirements: Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills. Must be smart, presentable, and customer-oriented. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel is an added advantage. Good knowledge of wines and spirits is a plus (but willingness to learn is more important). Genuine interest in wine and comfortable with occasional alcohol tasting for better purchase recommendations. Must be a fast learner and proactive.
