The Sales and Marketing Officers will work as part of a team responsible for leading strategic initiatives and driving ambitious sales and marketing goals. Key Responsibilities: Increase sales volumes to ensure set targets are met Prospect for new clients andmanage the relationships of former and existing clients. Leverage networks, contacts and social media to widen marketing activities for sales conversions. Handle all prospect and customers’ enquiries Drive intelligence gathering for deeper knowledge of competitive activities and marketing strategies. Initiate strategies that will lead to the company having effective footprint of the real estate market in Nigeria Qualifications / Requirements: HND or BSc in any discipline.
