The ideal candidate will have prior experience within the dental industry and a strong understanding of dental clinics, dentists, and clinical workflows Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 3 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Lagos, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed territory sales targets. Promote and sell dental products, equipment, and clinical solutions within the assigned territory. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with dentists, dental clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare stakeholders. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and field visits. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and clinical training sessions for customers. Provide consultative support to clients by understanding their clinical and operational needs. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to support business strategy. Prepare quotations, proposals, pricing agreements, and sales reports. Ensure timely follow-up on customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support. Collaborate with internal teams including logistics, operations, and customer service to ensure a seamless customer experience. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities using CRM tools. Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, workshops, and professional events. Drive customer retention and long-term account growth through consistent engagement and relationship management. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or any related field. Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in healthcare, dental, pharmaceutical, or medical equipment sales. Prior experience within the dental industry is highly preferred. Background as a Dental Nurse, Dental Hygienist, Treatment Coordinator, or Clinical Support Professional is an added advantage. Strong understanding of dental products, clinical workflows, and dental practice operations. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong relationship management and customer engagement skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and prioritize effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms, and sales reporting tools. Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories nationwide. Highly motivated, commercially aware, and results-oriented.
