We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Projects Supervisor Location: Jabi, Abuja Employment Type: Full-time (On-site) Position Overview We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Projects Supervisor (Structure), to provide overall leadership for our project portfolios. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with extensive experience: in managing large-scale real estate projects, including high-rise buildings, mix-use buildings and navigating the regulatory landscape of Abuja. You will be responsible for ensuring all projects are delivered efficiently, on time, within budget, and in full compliance with all state regulations. Key Responsibilities: Act as the senior representative in engagements with clients, contractors, and professional consultants. Implement and monitor advanced project management methodologies to optimize resource allocation, streamline processes, and ensure peak project performance. Oversee the preparation, management, and adherence to project timelines and budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met and cost-saving initiatives are identified and implemented. Lead, mentor, and manage a large, multidisciplinary team of Project Managers, Site Engineers, Architect and technical staff. Provide overarching technical and administrative direction for the entire project lifecycle of multiple real estate developments, including high-rise buildings, mix-use buldings, from conception to handover. Establish and enforce rigorous quality assurance, health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards across all project sites. Serve as the primary point of contact for all regulatory engagements, specifically with Abujaagencies to secure all necessary permits and approvals. Provide regular and comprehensive project status reports, including performance against KPIs, to the Projects Coordinator and Managing Director. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks related to construction, logistics, regulations, and timelines. Qualifications and Experience: Demonstrable and extensive experience: in liaising with Abuja lands and building regulatory agencies, with a proven ability to navigate the approval process efficiently. Strong financial acumen with proven experience: in multi-billion Naira project budgeting and cost control. Proven track record of successfully delivering multiple, complex high-rise or large-scale building projects on time and within budget. Candidates must be within the age range of 35 to 45 years. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience: in senior project management roles, with a verifiable track record of delivering large-scale real estate and construction projects in Abuja. Mandatory Professional Certification: Must be a fully registered and licensed member of the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) and the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE). A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a distinct advantage. Must have spent a significant portion of their career within the real estate development and construction industry. A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering. A Master’s degree in a relevant field is highly preferred.
