Our services include but not limited to Aircraft Refueling, Aviation Trucks Repairs & Maintenance, Heavy duty trucks repairs, Fleet Management etc. We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Truck Engine Specialist Locations: Lagos and Shagamu, Ogun Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Replace or repair defective engine parts and components. Perform engine repairs, rebuilds, and complete overhauls on heavy-duty trucks. Conduct preventive maintenance on truck engines according to maintenance schedules. Inspect engine components, including pistons, crankshafts, camshafts, cylinder heads, injectors, turbochargers, and fuel systems. Diagnose mechanical and electronic faults in diesel truck engines using diagnostic tools and equipment. Diagnose and repair cooling, lubrication, fuel, intake, and exhaust system faults. Requirements: Skills and Competencies: Heavy-duty diesel engines (e.g., Cummins, Caterpillar, Volvo, Mercedes-Benz, MAN, Scania, Sinotruk, Howo, FAW). Ability to interpret technical manuals and wiring diagrams. Fuel injection systems (Common Rail and Mechanical). Expertise in engine overhaul and rebuilding. Electronic Engine Control (ECM/ECU) diagnostics. Proficiency in using engine diagnostic software and scan tools. Strong knowledge of diesel engine systems and components.
