This role involves the management and growth of distribution services across the country in an asset light model. Key Performance Areas (KPAs) Team Performance and Support: Follow and enforce company policies and procedures. Schedule and Conduct trainings for team members as needed. Maintain and improve the process to enhance customers satisfaction. Understands distribution budgets and manage expenses within the budgets. Identify resources, perform workload assignments, and provide assistances when required End to end trip status settlement in collaboration with accounting team for prompt payment process and accurate cost recognition Develop cost reduction initiatives while maintaining productivity and quality Budget and Expense Monitoring Involve in PIP reviews and execution for projects and operational use. Process and Procedures Drive Training Schedule CRM cost negotiations with vendors and provide appropriate solutions for bulk distributions. Plan and schedule deliveries to meet customer needs Address customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction Quality Monitor team performances and provide feedback for improvements. Qualifications Required Bachelor’s Degree/ HND in Business Administration or a related field. Skills & Experience: Required: At least 1-3 years’ experience: in similar field Knowledge of logistics operations and third-party distribution model Relationship management and sales.
