Key Responsibilities: Train staff on hygiene, cleaning, and safe equipment handling. Monitor cleaning chemicals and stewarding supplies. Report damaged equipment and maintenance issues. Ensure compliance with hotel food safety and hygiene standards. Supervise the stewarding and kitchen-portering team. Coordinate cleaning schedules across kitchen and food-service areas. Maintain cleanliness of floors, drains, storage areas, and back-of-house facilities. Ensure proper waste disposal and segregation. Ensure all kitchen utensils, pots, pans, plates, and equipment are properly cleaned. Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and sanitation. Requirements: Previous supervisory experience: is preferred. Strong knowledge of kitchen hygiene and sanitation. Minimum 3–5 years' experience: in hotel or restaurant stewarding.
