To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of lending procedures and customer service experience. Responsibilities: Daily & weekly repayment collection. Evaluate creditworthiness and risks Contact clients to gather financial data and documentation Analyse risks and approve or reject loan requests Review loan requests Follow up with clients about loan renewals Monitor progress of existing loans Assess clients’ financial status Set up payment plans Maintain updated records of loan applications Requirements: & Skills Strong analytical skills Proven work experience: as a Credit Officer, Loan Officeror similar role Hands-on experience: with lending procedures and products NCE / OND / HND / BSc Degree in Banking and Finance, Economics, or related field Ability to create and process financial spreadsheets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer service experience.
