The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency, inventory availability, cost optimization, demand planning, and seamless coordination between departments to support the company’s aggressive growth and expansion objectives. This role requires a strong leader with experience: in FMCG, beauty, skincare, retail, e-commerce, or consumer goods environments, with the ability to manage both strategic planning and day-to-day execution. Responsibilities: Supply Chain Management: Oversee the end-to-end supply chain process including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, fulfillment, and logistics. Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs. Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely procurement and delivery of goods. Manage relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, logistics providers, and third- party partners. Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and operational bottlenecks. Inventory & Warehouse Management: Ensure optimal inventory levels across stores, warehouses, and fulfillment centers. Monitor stock movement, replenishment cycles, and inventory forecasting. Implement inventory control systems to minimize stock discrepancies, wastage, and stockouts. Coordinate regular stock counts, audits, and reconciliations. Ensure warehouse operations comply with operational, safety, and quality standards. Fulfillment & Logistics: Oversee order fulfillment processes across retail and e-commerce channels. Ensure timely and accurate dispatch and delivery of customer orders. Monitor logistics performance metrics including delivery timelines, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Develop strategies to improve delivery efficiency and reduce logistics costs. Coordinate with customer service teams on fulfillment-related escalations. Operations Management: Drive operational excellence across all operational touchpoints within the business. Develop and implement SOPs, operational frameworks, and process improvements. Ensure effective coordination between Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, and Inventory teams. Monitor operational KPIs and prepare periodic operational performance reports. Support expansion initiatives including new stores, stockist onboarding, and regional expansion projects. Demand Planning & Forecasting Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to forecast demand and align inventory planning accordingly.
