As the primary touchpoint for candidates and new hires, you will shape our talent experience, from attracting top performers to delivering a seamless onboarding journey. Key Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements: and selection criteria. Source talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and active sourcing channels. Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate department evaluations. Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and track core recruitment metrics.
