As the primary touchpoint for candidates and new hires, you will shape our talent experience, from attracting top performers to delivering a seamless onboarding journey. Key Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria. Source talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and active sourcing channels. Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate department evaluations. Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and track core recruitment metrics. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through clear, prompt communication. Draft offer letters, employment contracts, and pre-joining documentation. Coordinate orientation, IT setup, and team introductions for new hires. Oversee statutory documentation compliance and record maintenance. Refine onboarding workflows to enhance efficiency and new-hire experience. Requirements 2–3 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment and onboarding. Proficiency with ATS software and LinkedIn Recruiter. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and strong written/verbal communication skills. Must be fully available to work onsite in Lagos, Nigeria. Nice to Have Prior recruitment experience in technical or high-growth sectors. Exposure to AI sourcing tools and recruitment automation workflows.
