We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Client Relationship Officer Locations: Ogun and Oyo Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Understand clients’ needs and provide appropriate solutions. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve complaints promptly. Conduct regular client visits and maintain consistent communication. Support the achievement of customer retention and revenue targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Identify opportunities for client retention, upselling, and business development. Prepare reports on client activities, feedback, and relationship status. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services to clients. Requirements: 2–3 years of experience: in client relationship management, customer service, sales, or business development. Good negotiation and problem-solving skills. Strong customer service and relationship management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools. Must be willing to travel within Oyo and Ogun States. Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
