Read more about this company Investor Relations Officer Job Type Full Time Qualification BA/BSc/HND , Professional Certificate Experience 5 - 8 years Location Lagos Job Field Finance / Accounting / Audit Key Responsibilities Lead investor relations and stakeholder engagement activities. Coordinate investor meetings, earnings calls, AGMs, roadshows, and market communications. Prepare investor presentations, annual reports, earnings materials, and regulatory disclosures. Support capital raising transactions and monitor market, shareholder, and analyst activities. Ensure compliance with NGX, SEC, and other regulatory requirements while providing investor insights to Management and the Board. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. 5-8 years' relevant experience, including at least 3 years in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Treasury, Financial Reporting, or Capital Markets. Professional qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CFA, CIS, Or CIMA) are an advantage. Strong knowledge of the Nigerian capital market, financial reporting, corporate governance, and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Eligibility Current experience in a commercial bank. Experience in a publicly quoted (PLC) organisation, preferably a listed financial Institution.
