Key Responsibilities: (Post-Training) Regulatory Compliance: Maintain rigorous documentation of quality control tests in alignment with regulatory and company safety standards. Product Testing: Conduct physical, chemical, and structural tests on polymer and flexible packaging materials to guarantee product durability. In-Process Monitoring: Oversee and audit the raw material processing and production lines to ensure strict compliance with quality benchmarks. Defect Mitigation: Identify, isolate, and report any material or structural deviations on the factory floor to minimize production waste. Target Academic Disciplines To be eligible for this technical trainee track, applicants must hold a B.Sc. / B.Eng. / HND in any of the following fields: Polymer Engineering Polymer and Textile Engineering Chemical and Polymer Engineering Core Requirements: Education: Minimum of Second Class Lower Division (2:2) or Lower Credit for HND holders. Experience: Fresh Graduate status (Completion of mandatory National Youth Service Corps - NYSC is required). Competencies: Strong numerical, scientific, and analytical skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced factory floor environment.
