Key Responsibilities: Provide logistical and administrative support to field missions and trainings. Maintain activity records, attendance sheets, consent forms and documentation. Support community scheduling and follow-up with participants and monitors. Assist with data entry and the safe handling and storage of participant information. Qualification & Specification Essential: Diploma or Degree in a relevant field, with strong organization and record-keeping skills. 1–2 years’ NGO administrative or field-support experience. Based in, or able to work across, the target LGAs; Hausa and/or Kanuri preferred. Desirable: Computer literacy (MS Office); attention to detail and confidentiality.
