Ensure compliance with approved prices, budgets, and financial policies. Identify new business and revenue opportunities for the restaurant. Develop ideas for new products, services, promotions, and revenue streams. Conduct basic market and competitor analysis. Develop business proposals and financial projections for new ideas. Work with management to test and implement viable business ideas. Identify opportunities to increase customer spending and improve profitability.
