Resolve supplier-related issues, including delayed deliveries, shortages, and quality concerns. Raise Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and approval processes. Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, and the Store Team to understand procurement requirements. Obtain competitive quotations from approved vendors and evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery timelines, and reliability. Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement procedures, and statutory regulations. Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost optimization and strategic sourcing. Track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites. Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost savings without compromising quality. Maintain and develop relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors. Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, contracts, and documentation. Conduct supplier evaluations and periodic performance reviews. Prepare weekly and monthly procurement reports for management.
