Maintain employee records by ensuring personnel files, attendance, leave records, and HR documentation are accurate and up to date. Support employee relations by addressing staff inquiries, resolving workplace issues, and promoting a positive work environment. Coordinate performance management activities by assisting with appraisals, tracking performance goals, and supporting employee development initiatives. Oversee office administration by managing office supplies, coordinating administrative services, and ensuring smooth daily office operations. Ensure compliance with HR policies and labour regulations by implementing company policies, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting adherence to applicable employment laws. Prepare HR and administrative reports by monitoring workforce data, maintaining records, and providing management with relevant operational insights. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc.) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field. Minimum of 2–3 years' proven experience in Human Resources and Administration. Good understanding of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Experience using HR software or HRIS is an added advantage. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
