Read more about this company Mechanical and Technician Officer Job Type Full Time Qualification BA/BSc/HND Experience: 2 - 5 years Location Kwara City Ilorin Job Field Engineering / Technical Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all plant and production equipment Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and carry out timelyt repairs. Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements. Intall, test, and commission new equipment. Ensure machine operates with minimal downtime. Conduct routine inspections of electrical and mechanical systems. Ensure compliance with safety and company maintenance procedures. Requirements: 2-5 years of hands-on maintenace experience: in a manufacturing, production, pharmaceutical, of FMCG Experience: with preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance. Experience: working with production machinery and utility equipment. Strong knowledge of electrical systems including: electric motors, control panels, star-delta starters, variable frequency drivers (VFDs), sensors and relays. Good knowledge of mechanical systems including: pumps, compressors, gearboxes, bearing, conveyors. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment faults efficiently. Basic welding and fabrication skills will be an added advantage.
