We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Mixologist Location: Aba, Abia Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary The successful candidates will prepare and serve high-quality cocktails and beverages while maintaining excellent standards of consistency, presentation, hygiene, and guest service. We are seeking skilled and passionate Mixologists to join our Food & Beverage team. Responsibilities: Support the Head Mixologist with cocktail testing and menu development. Provide knowledgeable beverage recommendations to guests. Deliver professional and efficient guest service. Maintain consistency in taste, measurements, garnish, glassware, and presentation. Prepare cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages according to approved recipes. Prepare cocktail ingredients including garnishes, syrups, and infusions. Assist with bar opening, closing, cleaning, and stock-taking procedures. Maintain a clean, organised, and fully stocked bar station. Follow hotel hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol-service standards. Promote signature cocktails and premium beverages. Monitor stock usage and report shortages, wastage, and breakages. Requirements: Ability to work under pressure and during evening/weekend shifts. Good communication and customer service skills. Minimum 2–3 years' experience: as a Mixologist or Bartender. Good knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails. Knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, bitters, wines, beers, and mixers. Hospitality or Mixology certification is an advantage Professional appearance and positive attitude.
