Our products include the Fire Condoms and Back Up emergency contraceptives, among others. Our network of trade partners, pharmacies, and shops supports product distribution to the last mile across the 36 states and the FCT, Abuja, helping ensure that quality sexual and reproductive health products are accessible to those who need them. We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Sales Representative Location: Kaduna Objectives Achieve maximum sales, profitability, growth, and account penetration within the assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the MSI Nigeria’s product/s and related services. Personally, contacts and secures new business accounts/customers. Overall Responsibilities: MSI Nigeria resource management: ensure efficient and effective utilization of MSI Nigeria allocated resources and deliver high return on investment on all highlighted areas. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints. Engages the sales merchandisers in territory to drive distribution efficiency around timely supply of orders in territory. Achieve set monthly Commercial Sales objectives target for assigned territory. Implements all aspects of the Sales cycle and the go to Market Model around prospecting for new customers, demand creation for all brands with relevant Health Care Practitioners, merchandising, and sales of commodities. Ensures timely submission of all reports as expected from your line manager and Social Marketing leadership. Ensures optimum Territory Coverage as well as ensuring improved productive call Rate during Face-to-Face Calls Regularly cascades customer feedback to the Regional Sales Manager and as regards best practice on how to grow the business. Timely reports on market intelligence for competition. Manages key relationships for key customers, influencers, and decision makers in territory. Develop good knowledge of MSI Nigeria product/s and services. Required Qualifications A valid driver’s license. A University Degree in Biological, Physiological sciences and Pharmacy. A problem solver who is ready to go the extra mile. A minimum of one year of sales or related experience: or training in pharmaceutical or healthcare Excellent oral and written communication skills Experience: or proven ability to be a team player.
