Manage the café’s social media platforms and maintain a consistent brand presence online. Create engaging and relevant content for social media, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities. Develop and maintain partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and community organisations. Promote and manage the café’s loyalty programme to drive customer retention and repeat visits.
