Responsibilities: Coordinate with Customer Support and other teams on delivery requests, customer availability, failed deliveries, re-deliveries, and the return of undelivered cards. Collect bulk card shipments from DHL, safely handle and transport card packages, and reconcile received cards against assigned delivery records. Immediately escalate lost, damaged, delayed, misdirected, or disputed card deliveries and ensure all incidents are handled in line with company procedures. Maintain accurate records of cards collected, dispatched, delivered, pending, returned, or unaccounted for, and provide timely delivery-status updates to relevant internal teams. Verify recipient information and complete all required verification procedures before handover, while obtaining and maintaining accurate proof of delivery for every completed transaction. Requirements: Previous experience: handling sensitive, valuable, or confidential items will be an advantage. 1–3 years of experience: in logistics, dispatch, field operations, delivery services, or a similar role. Ability to work independently, manage multiple delivery assignments, and operate effectively in a fast-paced fintech environment.
