We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pump Engineer/Technician to join our team and take responsibility for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of fuel dispensing pumps and related equipment at our filling stations. Key Responsibilities: Install, calibrate, test and commission fuel dispensing pumps and related systems. Diagnose, repair and maintain petrol/diesel dispensing pumps and fuel dispensers. Carry out routine preventive maintenance on pumps and associated equipment. Identify and resolve issues such as inaccurate dispensing, pump failure, leakage, display faults and flow-rate problems. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and electronic faults affecting dispensing equipment. Respond promptly to pump breakdowns across assigned stations. Maintain and repair pump motors, valves, meters, nozzles, hoses and related components. Ensure all repairs comply with applicable safety standards and oil & gas operating procedures. Maintain proper records of repairs, maintenance activities and replacement parts. Work closely with station and operations teams to minimise equipment downtime. Requirements: OND/HND/B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics or a related field is an added advantage- but not compulsory. Willingness to travel between company stations when required. Proven experience: repairing and maintaining fuel dispensing pumps is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic pump systems. Ability to troubleshoot faults independently and work under pressure. Practical experience: with filling-station equipment will be an added advantage. Good understanding of workplace and fuel-station safety practices.
