We’re hiring a Policy Analyst to drive research, lead policy dialogues, and coordinate transformative programs across the tech ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: Conduct policy research and regulatory analysis on digital economy, technology governance, AI, data protection, cybersecurity, fintech, digital public infrastructure, and related issues. Monitor legislative, regulatory, and policy developments across Nigeria and other African jurisdictions. Prepare policy briefs, research reports, regulatory updates, concept notes, presentations, and advisory memoranda. Contribute to the organization’s thought leadership through articles, newsletters, publications, and knowledge products. Collect, analyse, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to support evidence-based policy recommendations. Support proposal development, business development initiatives, and partnership opportunities. Support the implementation and delivery of policy, advocacy and advisory projects. Assist in stakeholder mapping, consultations, workshops, roundtables, and public engagements. Assist in project coordination, documentation, and reporting. Perform other policy, research, and program-related responsibilities: as assigned. Requirements: Degree in Law, Public Policy, Economics, Political Science, International Development, or a related field. 2–4 years of relevant experience: in policy research, legal research, public policy, regulation, consulting, or development work. Strong interest in digital policy, technology governance, innovation, or regulatory issues. Excellent research, analytical, writing, and communication skills. Ability to synthesize complex information into clear and practical policy recommendations. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines. Experience: working with government, development partners, academia, or the private sector is an advantage.
