Key Responsibilities: Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on industrial automation systems. Troubleshoot and resolve faults relating to PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, industrial networks, sensors, actuators, and control panels. Monitor production equipment performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability. Diagnose and repair automation-related equipment failures to minimize production downtime. Install, configure, calibrate, and commission automation equipment and control systems. Carry out routine inspection of electrical and automation systems across production lines. Support maintenance of filling, bottling, packaging, labelling, conveyor, palletizing, and processing equipment. Requirements: Strong expertise in PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, VFDs, industrial instrumentation, automation systems, and preventive/breakdown maintenance. Proven ability to troubleshoot and maintain automated production equipment such as filling, bottling, packaging, and conveyor systems.
