Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one personal training sessions where required. Build and maintain courteous, professional relationships with guests. Maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the gym floor. Regularly inspect gym equipment and promptly report faults or maintenance needs. Promote guest engagement with the hotel's fitness facilities. Develop basic workout programmes tailored to individual fitness goals. Support fitness events, wellness workshops, and health initiatives organized by the hotel. Supervise guests during workouts to ensure safe exercise practices. Demonstrate correct exercise techniques and safe equipment usage. Conduct gym inductions and orientation for hotel guests. Requirements: & Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills. Formal certification in Fitness Instruction, Personal Training, Sports Science, or a related field. Valid First Aid / CPR certification is an added advantage. Professional, energetic, approachable, and customer-service-oriented disposition. Proven prior experience: as a Gym Instructor or Personal Trainer. Solid working knowledge of exercise physiology, workout techniques, and standard gym equipment.
