Identify, evaluate, and qualify potential suppliers based on performance history, quality standards, commercial competitiveness, and reliability. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key suppliers to support strategic partnerships and achieve optimal contractual terms. Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations to ensure compliance with company standards, HSE policies, and applicable regulatory requirements. Contracts Commercial Management: Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, terms, and conditions to secure favourable agreements aligned with organisational objectives. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of procurement activities, including contracts, purchase orders, delivery schedules, and supplier documentation. Manage procurement databases, approved vendor lists, and historical procurement data to support audits, reporting, and future sourcing decisions. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Minimum of 5 years’ experience: in procurement within the oil & gas EPC sector or closely related industries. Proven experience: using procurement and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, and other project management tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities with the ability to interpret data and drive cost-effective outcomes. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
