Key Responsibilities: Financial Accounting & Reporting Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and accounting transactions. Process journal entries, invoices, payments, receipts, and other financial documents. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts regularly. Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules. Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records. Accounts Payable & Receivable Monitor accounts payable and ensure timely payment of suppliers and vendors. Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding customer payments. Reconcile customer and supplier accounts. Prepare payment schedules and cash flow reports. Budgeting & Financial Analysis Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
