Plan manpower requirements: and oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding. Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks. Manage probation, confirmation, promotion, transfers, and employee exits. Coordinate payroll administration with the Finance Department.
