We’re looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to grow revenue and drive customer adoption of OmniHubs, our warehousing solution for manufacturers, distributors, SMEs and retailers. This is a hands-on B2B sales and business development role for someone who can identify opportunities, understand customer needs, build compelling proposals and close deals. Key Responsibilities: Track pipeline, conversion, revenue, utilisation and customer retention. Build and manage a strong pipeline of manufacturers, distributors, SMEs and retailers. Drive adoption and utilisation across OmniHubs’ dry, ambient, chilled and cold storage offerings. Use a consultative approach to understand customer challenges and recommend the right warehousing solution. Own the sales cycle from prospecting through onboarding and first usage. Prospect, pitch, negotiate and close new business. Recruit, coach and manage a field sales team across Lagos. Identify partnerships and new opportunities that can accelerate OmniHubs growth. Requirements: Proven ability to sell and close new business, particularly with SMEs and mid-sized businesses. Strong field sales experience, preferably in FMCG, logistics, warehousing, distribution, retail or route-to-market. 8+ years’ experience: in B2B sales, business development or commercial roles. An entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset and the ability to operate comfortably in both the field and the boardroom. Strong commercial and numerical skills. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / MSc / HND Strong consultative selling, negotiation and proposal-writing skills. Experience: managing field/territory sales teams. Good knowledge of Lagos trade geography and markets. N750,000 - N800,000 monthly.
