Responsibilities: Lead and develop the plant HR team while driving performance culture, change management, employee development, and continuous improvement initiatives. Lead industrial and employee relations activities, including grievance management, disciplinary processes, labour matters, and engagement with relevant stakeholders. Ensure compliance with labour laws, HR policies, HSE requirements, and regulatory standards while maintaining effective HR controls, records, and reporting. Partner with plant leadership to optimize manpower utilization, productivity, organizational structure, and workforce costs in line with operational requirements. Develop and execute plant HR strategies covering workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, and talent development. Requirements: Excellent leadership, negotiation, conflict resolution, stakeholder management, and strategic decision-making skills. Strong expertise in plant HR operations, industrial relations, workforce planning, performance management, labour compliance, and organizational development. AMaster's Degree is an added advantage. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certification such as CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent is highly desirable.
