Ensures approved credit facilities are properly documented, disbursed, maintained, and monitored in line with approval terms, credit policies, regulatory requirements, and the Bank’s risk appetite. Drives strong credit governance, enforceable security documentation, timely exception resolution, and continuous improvement across credit administration processes. Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end credit administration, documentation, collateral management, loan disbursement, and post approval credit controls across the Bank. Ensure approved credit facilities are documented, disbursed, maintained, and monitored in line with approval terms, credit policies, regulatory requirements, and the Bank’s risk appetite. Confirm that all pre-disbursement conditions, including documentation, collateral, approvals, insurance, legal clearance, and security perfection, are satisfied before disbursement Ensure all credit and security documentation is complete, valid, enforceable, properly executed, and safely maintained Liaise with Legal, Business, Credit Risk, and external solicitors to ensure adequate documentation, security perfection, and collateral enforceability. Monitor unauthorized overdrafts, expired facilities, temporary accommodations, overdue reviews, documentation exceptions, and other credit breaches for timely escalation and resolution Oversee collateral valuation, registration, perfection, insurance monitoring, custody, and release in line with approved policies. Review credit administration reports, exception reports, deferral reports, collateral reports, and other control reports for accuracy and completeness.
